Warranty and RMA Information All products are covered by manufacturer's guarantee and manufacturer's warranty, unless extended contracts are purchased.

Return Policy Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return merchandise for a full credit minus our shipping charge to you. In order to receive a full refund, the product(s) must be in new condition, including the original packaging and all accessories. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the original packing along with a RMA #, Return Merchandise Authorization Number.

Once your return is received and verified to be complete with its original packaging, a credit will be given. There will be a 20% restocking fee for items returned not meeting our requirements for new condition, including the original packaging and all of its accessories.
